Our Policy is All Sales Are Final. Unfortunately we aren't able to offer you a refund after item has been shipped out.

Exchanges

 

You have 15 Days upon your delivery date for an exchange. All items must be sent back undamaged and in good condition. 

If product/s have a security or brand tags they must be on and in original position to be eligible for an exchange.

All Items must be sent back unworn, undamaged, and unused with all tags attached and in the original packaging (Rence. reusable frosted bag)

If the item/s you want to exchange for is sold out please contact info@rence.ca for further information.

If any item/s don't meet the requirements in are policy items will not be accepted.
